Today I did not get out as early as I would have liked but I made it out.
I allowed myself to get distracted and started working before doing my life savers. The good news is I realized really fast that I was reacting to the things going on around me because I was not sticking with my plan. As soon as that realization hit, I stopped what I was doing and went back to my plan.
I got into my workout gear and headed out to enjoy nature and get my thoughts organized. That was such a great idea and by the time I got back home, I was feeling refreshed, organized and ready to tackle the day. The best part, the frustration was gone.
